1. Pour into a transparent bowl some yogurt, then whole grains (add some flaxseed to enrich with Omega-3 fatty acids), another row of yogurt and sprinkle over a few pieces of dried fruit: strawberry and kiwi.

2. Mix in a blender: mango, yogurt and orange juice. If you have no problems with the throat you can add a little ice. Besides drinking, put on a plate a slice of bread toasted with butter on top and little ham. A slice of lettuce, some sliced carrots and arranged on the plate.

3. More mixed chopped vegetables (onion, zucchini, red pepper) in a little olive oil. Beat eggs and pour over vegetables. Famous omelet is a perfect option, if you like eggs. Put a little cheese on top and sprinkle with fresh herbs for added flavor.

4. Mix chopped vegetables with a few more pieces of chicken breast (with spices and cooked on the grill) and 2 boiled potatoes. Composition is poured over 2 eggs and place in oven until they notice that formed a crust on top. Serve with fruit and a salad.

5. Cut a whole wheat bun in the middle and introduce some cheese cream, a slice of salmon, some sliced tomato and sliced red onion and pimiento peppers. Serve with half a pink grapefruit or grapefruit juice freshly squeezed.

6. Take a few slices of bread, passed through the eggs and fry slightly in oil. Before putting the bread on a plat you can arrange some lettuce leaves on plate. Serve with a fruit choice.
